If you’re anything like me, you can’t get through October without making at least one gooey, chocolatey treat. These Spooky Halloween S’mores are such a fun way to change up the classic campfire snack. They’ve got the same crunchy graham cracker, melty chocolate, and marshmallow combo we all love—just with a Halloween twist.

The best part? You only need three ingredients, and it’s something the whole family can help with. Whether you’re roasting Halloween Peeps over the fire, or making them indoors on a cozy night, these easy Halloween treats are messy, sweet, and guaranteed to bring smiles.
Why I Love These Halloween Smores
- Just three ingredients
- A spooky spin on classic campfire recipes
- Fun for Halloween parties or some Fall camping
- Easy enough for kids to help make

The kids love it when I make Easter Peeps S’mores and I had the idea to grab some Halloween Peeps when I was at the Dollar Tree a few weeks back. We had a lazy Sunday and had a fire rolling. The kids had fun with these so I figured I would share with you! I can’t wait to make them again when we squeeze our Fall camping trip in, too!

Ingredients Needed for Halloween S’mores

đź‘» Graham Crackers – the classic base that holds it all together. đź‘» Halloween Peeps – pumpkins, ghosts, Frankenstein, or any spooky variety you can find. I found them at the Dollar Tree or you can order a variety pack on Amazon here. đź‘» Chocolate – dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or even Reese’s cups if you want that peanut butter twist. đź‘» Roasting Stick- we love these S’mores sticks that retract! |
How to Make Halloween S’mores
Step 1: Roast Peeps. Take your Halloween Peeps and toast them over the campfire (or even your stove if you’re indoors). Get them as gooey and golden as you like.
Step 2: Assemble. Place a piece of chocolate on top of a graham cracker square, add the toasted Peep, and top with another graham cracker.

Step 3: Press & Melt. Gently press the crackers together so the warm Peep melts the chocolate just enough.
Step 4: Enjoy. Eat them warm, sticky, and spooky!

Additions & Substitutions
- Swap dark chocolate for milk or white chocolate.
- Try flavored graham crackers (like cinnamon) for an extra kick.
- Don’t have a campfire? Use the oven or microwave to toast your Peeps.
