Ingredients Needed:
| Fresh tomatoes (or canned)- I used just over a cup of fresh diced cherry tomatoes (Roma would be great, too) Olive Oil Garlic Saltā I chose this so I didnāt have to add salt so garlic powder and salt would work if you donāt have that in your pantry. Italian Seasoningā Italian seasoning blend works, if not you can use a little Oregano or dried basil. Dash of red pepper flakesā this is optional. I like a dash into the tomato mixture. French Bread/ Baguetteā this recipe is for one loaf. If you want to double up just make more tomatoes. Mozzarella Slicesā or provolone would work-too! Balsamic Glaze (or balsamic vinegar) Basil (if desired) |
How to make tomatoes for bruschetta
