Strawberry Cheesecake Bites on platter

Okay, it doesn’t get any easier than this! These no bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites are just 3 ingredients and perfect for a Summer get together or anytime for a quick easy treat. They are fun little bites of deliciousness!

To be honest I made these for Valentine’s Day and have been waiting to post! But since it is ALMOST officially strawberry season here in Michigan (even if the weather says otherwise).

I figured I would give you an easy idea. So the strawberries are cheaper and soon you can some great ones at your local produce stands like Sophia’s Produce in Howell!  I made these with Golden Oreos, Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake Filling, and topped them with strawberries. Anyways these are so easy…

All you have to do is line a cup cake pan with cupcake liners, put an Oreo cookie at the bottom

Then spoon some of the filing over the Oreo’s. Then top with a strawberry and refrigerate for a few hours. That easy!!

Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

These easy no bake cheesecake bites are fun and great for a get together!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Course Dessert
Servings 24 bites

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Golden Oreos
  • 1 1 lb 8.3 oz Philadelphia Ready to Eat Cheesecake Filling
  • 12 strawberries cut in half
  • 24 cupcake liners

Instructions
 

  • Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners
  • Place cookies on bottom of liners.
  • 3, Spoon cheesecake filling on top of cookie.
  • Top with strawberry.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
