Do you want to build a snowman…..Okay I have had the movie Frozen stuck in my head since we had a girls day out to see the musical a few weeks back. Well, that inspired me to whip up this fun snowman veggie tray with my daughters. Anything in fun shapes helps them eat their veggies if you know what I mean! Now I am excited to bring this to Christmas Eve with the fam.
Ingredients Needed for This Snowman Vegetable Platter

| ⛄Cauliflower – Grab a big head and break it into florets. This will be your snowman’s “body” — the star of the show! ⛄ Broccoli Florets – These add that fun pop of green around the edges. They make your snowman look extra festive. ⛄ Baby Carrots – Perfect for snacking and a family favorite on the tray. You’ll want a few that look good enough to be a snowman’s nose! ⛄ Grape or Cherry Tomatoes – I love how these bring the whole platter to life with that merry red color. ⛄ Black Olives – These are your little snowman details! Use them for the eyes and buttons — they add so much personality. ⛄ Vegetable Dip – You can’t have a veggie tray without it! Ranch, dill, or whatever your favorite is — just fill up your bowl and get ready to dip. |

How to Make a Snowman Veggie Tray
Step 1: Prep the veggies. Start by getting everything washed, chopped, and ready to go. Break the cauliflower into florets, slice the olives, and pick out a carrot that looks perfect for the snowman’s nose.
Step 2: Set up the snowman’s “body.” Place your small bowl of veggie dip in the center of the platter — this will be the snowman’s middle. Add three olive slices down the front of the dip to make the “buttons.” Cute already, right?
Step 3: Build the base and head. Now, make a big circle of cauliflower florets at the bottom of the platter for the snowman’s body. Then add a smaller circle at the top for the head. You’ll start to see him come to life!

Step 4: Add the color. Fill in around the edges with broccoli florets, then use the baby carrots on one side, tomatoes on the other.
Step 5: Finish the face. Add your olive “eyes” and that cute little carrot “nose” to the snowman’s head. Once everything looks good, cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

Additions & Substitutions
- Use ranch, hummus, or even a spinach dip instead of the classic veggie dip — they all work great.
- Want to add more color? Toss in red bell peppers or cucumber slices to brighten things up.
- If you’re short on time, grab pre-cut veggies from the store to make assembling your snowman veggie tray even easier!
