Ingredients Needed for these Apple Crescent Rolls

🍏Apple – I like using a crisp variety, but honestly, any kind you have on hand will do. peeled and diced helps the apple cook and soften in the short baking time. 🍏Brown Sugar – this sweetens the filling and gives the rolls that cozy caramelized flavor when baked. 🍏Chopped Walnuts – these add a nice crunch and pair so well with apples. 🍏Apple Pie Spice – this blend makes everything taste like fall. If you don’t have it, a mix of cinnamon and nutmeg will work too. 🍏Butter – melted butter brings richness to the filling and helps the tops bake up golden brown. 🍏Crescent Rolls – the dough shortcut that makes this recipe so easy. |

How to Make Apple Walnut Crescent Rolls
Step 1: Make the filling. In a medium bowl, stir together the diced apple, brown sugar, chopped walnuts, apple pie spice, and 1 tablespoon of the melted butter until everything is evenly coated.
Step 2: Unroll and separate. On a baking sheet, unroll the crescent roll dough and divide into individual triangles.
Step 3: Fill and roll. Scoop some of the apple mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Gently roll up from the wide edge toward the point, sealing the filling inside.

Step 4: Butter and sprinkle. Brush each roll with the remaining melted butter. If you’d like a sweet, golden finish, sprinkle a little extra brown sugar on top.
Step 5: Bake until golden. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175 °C) oven for about 18–20 minutes, or until each roll is golden brown.
Step 6: Serve warm. Enjoy them warm for the best taste.
