I am not the best at eating my fruits and veggies straight up so I usually have a smoothie in the afternoon before heading into work. This Berry Spinach Smoothie is another one of my favorite blended drinks. Packed with the good stuff to help your overall health and help you feel fuller for longer! A great boost for your day.

This Berry Spinach Smoothie has greens and fruit mixed together for just enough sweetness. First, add all ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker..boom done.

Berry Spinach Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries or both
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until ice is smooth.
- Pour into glass.
- Enjoy!
