Okay this cheesesteak recipe is naughty, I am not gonna lie about it. We love whipping up some easy sandwiches out on the griddle, and let me tell you-these do not disappoint. These Blackstone Flamin’ Hot Cheesesteaks have tender shaved steak, peppers, onions, and smothered in Jalapeno Cheddar cheese sauce and then topped with Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Cheetos…YES!
Okay Blackstone cheesesteaks are on our Blackstone recipes rotation quite often. We make burgers alot, Blackstone Stir Frys, and quesadillas. Generally we stick to the normal steak, cheese, peppers, and onions. But this time, we got a little crazy! These Blackstone Flamin’ Hot Cheesesteaks aren’t the healthiest of dinners but sometimes you just need something different and fun!

We finally had some Lefty’s Cheesesteaks open up around us and our favorite sandwich on their menu is their “Southpaw” which is topped with Flamin Hot Cheetos. I knew we had to make these philly cheesesteaks on the Blackstone ourselves! This is one of the best philly cheesesteaks I have ever eaten! So if you don’t have a griddle, you can still whip them up on the stove or even Air Fryer!
How to make these Flamin’ Hot Cheesesteaks on the Blackstone Griddle
First slice up the bell peppers, jalapenos, and onions. Season the shaved steak and the vegetables with some seasonings of choice. You can do them separately or together. If you like your peppers and onions cooked longer than season them separately. We love the Blackstone Cheesecake Seasoning which you can find at Walmart or order on Amazon. (see below)
When its go time, fire up the Blackstone griddle to a medium heat. Drizzle a little cooking oil on the surface and add the peppers and onion mixture. Sauté until the peppers are cooked to your liking.
Then drizzle a little cooking oil on another spot and add the shaved steak. This will only take a few minutes. Once cooked add the pepper mixture to the meat.
Lay your rolls or hoagie buns on the Blackstone to toast them up a bit and add in the meat mixture, then add some provolone or other white cheese, the cheese sauce, and then top them off with the spicy Cheetos. Let the cheese melt a bit and pull them off! Serve hot and enjoy!
