We had some leftover steak…. I know who has leftover steak? But we did so I wanted to make something out of it so I made this Enchilada Steak Bake. Literally 4 ingredients…Steak, 1 can of green enchilada sauce, tortillas, and cheese. It turned out really good!
Just start by pouring the enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 pan (or smaller). Then you just create layers of sauce, tortillas, steak, and cheese! Super easy..bake for about 25 minutes until tortilla are soft and fluffy and the cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and salsa and enjoy!! 🙂
If you are starting with fresh steak..cook it the way you like.. BBQ, Broil, or even cut into pieces and saute in a pan! Then continue to the layering…enjoy. Want to spruce it up? Add some taco seasoning, peppers, and onions!
