I had some leftover Nashville Hot Chicken Wing sauce from making some air fryer mozzarella sticks and thought it would give a nice spicy twist to the classic buffalo chick dip with franks red hot.
🩵 Why I love this Nashville Hot Chicken Dip
- Just a few ingredients
- Loaded with flavor
- Easy to make
- A crowd pleaser if you have friends coming over
Ingredients Needed for this Game Day Nashville Hot Chicken Dip
🔥Cooked Chicken- I actually like canned chicken for buffalo chicken dip I used 2 (5 oz.) cans. But if you have leftover chicken or even grab a rotisserie chicken and shred it up. You will need about 2 cups. 🔥Cream Cheese- I like to use whipped cream cheese since it’s already soft. But you can just use softened cream cheese, too. 🔥Cheddar Cheese- Grab a block and shred it yourself. It tastes better and melts better, too! 🔥Nashville Hot Chicken Wing Sauce– Frank’s is pretty good but I also like Sweet Baby Ray’s version, too. 🔥Ranch Dressing- Since the Nashville wing sauce is pretty intense, I thought the ranch would help balance the heat and also makes the dip more creamy. 🔥Football Themed Plastic or Paper Plates/Bowls– I found all these at the Dollar Tree but there are some cute disposable ones on Amazon, like these disposable football trays. |
