I have a super easy and delicious treat for you for this upcoming St. Patrick’s Day! These easy no bake Irish Cream Liquor Oreo Truffles are the best thing and will be your go to treat for this holiday and I even make them at Christmas time, too! These Baileys chocolate truffles are so good!
What I love about this Oreo Balls Recipe
All you need is FOUR ingredients and about 20 minutes and you can have a nice boozy little treat ready. I have had the traditional Oreo Truffles (or balls ) whatever you want to call them! But I decided to add Bailey’s Irish Cream Liquor to them and let me tell you…FLAVOR EXPLOSION!
What if I don’t want Irish Cream liquor in my Oreo Balls?
So if you do not want to use to booze..skip it but I promise you will love these Irish Oreo Truffles! You could also add some Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer.
How to make these Irish Cream Liquor Oreo Balls
First using a food processor, (I use my Ninja Storm) grind up the Oreo cookies (or similar) until fine crumbs.
Then in a mixer combine room temperature cream cheese, the cookie crumbs, and the Irish Cream Liquor. Mix well.
Then form into 2 inch balls. This mixture is a little more wet than normal Oreo balls so you can refrigerate or freezer them first before dipping in the candy coating for easier handling. And melt candy coating.
Then dip each ball into melted candy coating and sprinkle with green sprinkles (or whatever color for whatever holiday).
Keep in an air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve! Enjoy friends!

Additions & Substitutions:
- Can you use Golden Oreo’s or Store Brand cookies?? …(absolutely)
- Can you use different chocolate for coating? (Yes, you can melt chocolate chip or Baker’s Chocolate. but I have the best luck with this candy coating)
- This DOES contain alcohol (which does not get cooked out) so avoid serving to children or minors (Thanks)
