It is August and one of the in season fruits are peaches! I don’t really prefer to eat peaches by them selves but Sofie LOVES them. When we buy them, I try to come up with some different peach recipes so I can enjoy them, too. This Sparkling Spiked Peach Punch is pretty, flavorful, and fun all Summer long!
The only other peach recipe I have on the blog is my Campfire Whiskey Peach Cobbler. So I knew it was time to celebrate these juicy little fresh fruits with a new recipe, and now that we had our 2nd baby girl… I knew it had to be a new COCKTAIL recipe! So here it is. A fresh, fruity, tasty new cocktail for you all to try made with fresh peaches. Make this Sparkling Spiked Peach Punch on a hot Summer day to cool off, or perfect for entertaining in a pretty pitcher.
What you need for my Sparkling Spiked Peach Punch
- Vodka
- Sparkling Water Peach Flavor
- Fresh Peach slices
- blueberries (optional for garnish)
- Peach Nectar
How to make this Sparkling Spiked Peach Punch Cocktail
First start with your favorite cocktail glass and add the ice. Add in your favorite vodka (if you really love peach you can use peach flavored vodka) but I used regular.
Then add in the peach nectar and peach flavored sparkling water. Top it off with a couple fresh slices of peaches and a a few blueberries. Give it s a stir and enjoy!

What is peach nectar?
Nectar is a thicker puree from fruit that can contain more sugar and water added to it to make it drinkable versus juice. It is great in cocktail recipes and punch recipes since it is stronger in flavor.

Sparkling Spiked Peach Punch
Ingredients
- ice
- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. peach nectar
- 3-4 oz. peach flavored sparkling flavored water
- 3 slices of peaches
- blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- In glass of choice add ice, vodka, and peach nectar.
- Top with peach flavored sparkling water.
- Then add peach slices and blueberries for garnish.
- Give it a stir and enjoy!

Questions you may have:
Can I use a different flavored vodka?
Yes if you like Peach go for it. I think Blueberry vodka would be tasty, too.
What is I don’t have Peach Nectar?
That is okay, just muddle some of your fresh peaches into the glass first for a thicker stronger peach juice.
What other flavored Sparkling water would taste good?
Blueberry would taste good or even regular soda water would just add the bubbles that you are looking for.
