It has been a minute since I shared some of my favorite cocktails with you all so I figured I would share my latest Fall inspired cocktail. This Ultimate Caramel Pumpkin Cordial is where it is at. Super easy to make, super flavorful, and fun for Fall gatherings.
This Ultimate Caramel Pumpkin Cordial would be a great treat on Halloween or Thanksgiving. Impress your guests with this signature pumpkin cocktail. I have made this a few times already in the last few weeks for a little treat when I get home from work late. Sweet enough as a dessert drink but really you can make it anytime!
What you need to make this Ultimate Caramel Pumpkin Cordial
- Caramel Vodka
- Kahlua (or other coffee liquer)
- Pumpkin Spice Creamer
- Whipped topping (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
Yes, That is it! Of course I doctored it up a little bit with caramel on the glass and some whipped topping and a little cinnamon. You don’t have to add those touches but let me tell you that is what makes this drink an ULTIMATE cordial. ?
How to make this Pumpkin Cocktail
First, if you do want to get crazy and add caramel to your glass just dip your glass of choice into caramel dip or even caramel sauce. Then Fill your glass with ice.
Add the Caramel Vodka, Kahlua, and pumpkin spice creamer. I found this cream at Aldi but I know I have seen it other places, too. Top with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and ENJOY friends! CHEERS

Ingredients
- ice
- 1 oz Caramel Vodka
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 3 oz Pumpkin Spice Creamer
- whipped topping
- cinnamon optional
- caramel for garnish optional
Instructions
- In glass of choice fill with ice.
- The add caramel vodka and Kahlua.
- Pour pumpkin spice creamer over liquors.
- Then top with whipped topping and cinnamon!
