How to make these Grilled Blackened Shrimp Skewers:
In a medium sized baking dish add your thawed shrimp. Then season with blackening seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice. Toss them all up so that all the shrimp are coated evenly.

Then thread the blackened shrimp onto wooden skewers. (NOTE** I run the wooden skewers through water to help prevent starting on fire or burning).

How long to grill shrimp:
Let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator until you are ready to grill! Then once the grill is preheated and ready, grill on each side for about 2-3 minutes until pink and hot throughout. Enjoy!
Can I use fresh shrimp vs frozen?
Of course, just grill until the shrimp turn pink and the insides are white. Frozen, cooked shrimp are basically just getting heated up!
