Apple Blondies with Maple Glaze feature image

Okay I haven’t shared any apple recipes this year so I chopped some up and got to baking. I am in love with these Apple Blondies with Maple Glaze. Easy, moist, and just sweet enough. By love these, I mean I ate about four while I was attempting to take the pictures!! Sofie tried it as said “these are good”. I’ll take that from my sweet toddler.

What is an Apple Blondie

Apple blondies are a bar dessert like a brownie but made with “blonde” ingredients. These Apple Blondies with Maple Glaze are seriously super easy to make with pantry staples. These would make the perfect addition to the Thanksgiving or Christmas table this upcoming season. But really why not enjoy them all year long!

Last year I shared my Apple Cinnamon Roll Up and Air Fryer Apple Fritters when I was trying to use up apples from the apple tree. Well this year we didn’t have our apple tree produce, so I have leaned more towards some of my favorite pumpkin recipes. But my mom gave me a bag of apples from the orchard, so I came up with these apple blondies.

How to make Maple Glaze

In a small bowl combine one cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Whisk until sugar dissolves.

Pour over blondies and use a spatula to spread over entire 9×13 pan. Cut into bars and enjoy!!!
