Looking for some new things to cook on a Blackstone griddle? Try this easy Blackstone Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta recipe. Tender chicken, zesty sauce, and pasta all comes together for a quick and easy dinner idea.
You may have tried some Italian chicken with cream cheese recipes and it just works. I actually was just marinating my chicken in Italian dressing not knowing exactly what I was going to make. I know that grilled chicken is great with Italian dressing, then I remembered enjoying this Slow Cooker Zesty Italian Chicken from Food Wine Sunshine a few years back.
To be honey I don’t cook chicken nearly enough but do enjoy it grilled and chicken on the Blackstone is definitely where it is at. There are probably not too many Blackstone pasta recipes around, but it turns our great! Some of the best Blackstone recipes I have tried include chicken because of how easy it is to cook and how juicy the chicken is.
Why I love this Blackstone Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta
- Easy with just FIVE ingredients
- Juicy chicken
- Creamy pasta without any effort
- You get to cook outside!
- You probably have the ingredients in your house already.
Ingredients for this Italian Dressing Grilled Chicken Pasta
Boneless Chicken Breasts– I used boneless chicken breast because that is what I had. You could also use boneless thighs, too.
Blackstone Parmesan Ranch Seasoning– I love this seasoning. Grab it on Amazon or Walmart, or anywhere Blackstone products are sold. If you don’t have it you could add some ranch dressing (or ranch seasoning) to the marinade, or parmesan cheese, or a chicken seasoning.
Restaurant Style Italian Dressing– Aldi and Kroger for sure both have their own versions of this thicker style Italian dressing. Or even the Olive Garden dressing works, too. But this add creaminess and is the base of the sauce.
Bowtie Pasta Noodles– Bowtie noodles, macaroni, or any shorter noodle works well for this recipe.
Cream Cheese– This adds the creaminess and richness to the dish.
*Cheese & Red Pepper Flakes– These are optional but if you like to spice it up a bit add some some red pepper flakes. And then either (or both) parmesan or shredded Italian cheese is great on top.

How to make this Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta on the Blackstone Griddle
First cut up your chicken breasts and discard any unwanted parts. Add to a Zip-lock bag and add the Parmesan Ranch Seasoning. Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken. Seal and give it a few shakes to toss everything together. Refrigerate and marinate until its time to cook.
Next boil noodles and set aside until dinner time too. just do this earlier in the day when I marinate the chicken, too. But whatever works.
Then when its dinner time, fire up your Blackstone over low-medium heat. Slowly pour the entire bag of chicken and dressing over the flat top surface. Make sure to keep your liquid from going into the grease pan.
Toss and continue to cook until the chicken is no longer pink. I usually just see if I can cut the pieces in half to know if its ready. Then add the cubed cream cheese on top of the cooked chicken. Let it melt and get soft for a few minutes.
Then add the cooked noodles on top. I drizzled a little water and a few dashes of your cooking oil to help stir everything around. Stir and toss until the cream cheese in melted and everything is well combined.
Serve hot with some parmesan cheese or Italian cheese and some red pepper flakes if desired! I hope you enjoyed this chicken and cream cheese recipe as much as I do!
Can I cook this Blackstone meal stove top?
Absolutely! Just cook up your chicken in your favorite pan or even cast iron skillet and then mix in the cooked pasta.
