This turkey chili is great served up along side a bowl of corn chips and a frosty mug of beer or glass of iced tea. This black bean and corn turkey chili can be the featured entrée at a Tex-Mex style dinner. Serve the chili along with a green salad and cornbread for a hearty and satisfying dinner. The leftover turkey chili can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. If you want to double the batch, this chili recipe will freeze well, too.

Next stir in the corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
Turn the chili down to low, and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
