This turkey chili is great served up along side a bowl of corn chips and a frosty mug of beer or glass of iced tea. This black bean and corn turkey chili can be the featured entrée at a Tex-Mex style dinner. Serve the chili along with a green salad and cornbread for a hearty and satisfying dinner. Since turkey requires a bit more seasoning, you will find this recipe to have a few more seasonings than I normally cook with, but still a very easy recipe.

The leftover turkey chili can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. If you want to double the batch, this chili recipe will freeze well, too.
