This recipe for Instant Pot Shredded Beef Tacos is very simple as usual. Start by chopping and dicing your onions, tomatoes, peppers, and garlic.
Then in the Instant Pot or pressure cooker add the onions, jalapenos, onions, garlic, and steak. I used sirloin steak but I am sure round, skirt, or even beef stew meat would work just fine.
Then salt and pepper to taste and add the Sriracha sauce, Enchiladas sauce, and water. Seal and lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
Then manual release the pressure and remove steak and shred using two forks or I like these bear claws.
Then return the shredded beef to the liquid and serve in tortillas or over rice with your favorite toppings!
