Leftover Brisket BBQ Pizza

Looking for ideas to make with leftover Smoked brisket? This Leftover Brisket BBQ Pizza is our favorite thing to make with our leftover brisket!

Don’t know how to smoke a brisket??? A couple weeks ago I shared How to Smoke a Brisket. So if you haven’t checked that out yet, go for it! Smoked brisket is great for something different.

You could also make this with leftover bbq chicken too.

What to make with leftover brisket?

Well this Leftover Brisket BBQ Pizza is by far our go to recipe for leftover brisket. BUT we also love doing nachos, tacos, and even loaded french fries!

How to make a BBQ Brisket Pizza?

First start with your favorite pizza dough recipe or store bough pizza dough. Roll it out out on your pizza stone or cast iron pan. We love it in our cast iron pan for a nice deep dish pizza.

Then pour BBQ sauce over the dough and spread the sauce around with a spoon. Then i like to use cheddar cheese.

Load it up with your favorite toppings. We keep it simple with cheddar cheese, and brisket, BUT red onions would be great too.

Then i spray olive oil on the crust and spinkle with garlic powder. I like to add a little bbq rub seasoning on top too.

How long to cook pizza on the grill?

We cook ours right on the grill/smoker. We cook it at 400 for about 15 minutes until the dough is cooked and starting to turn golden brown. But you can also cook this in the oven too!
