I wanted to make dessert but didn’t want to run to the store so I looked around to see what I had… I had some ripe bananas and a bunch of oranges so it inspired me to make this Orange Banana Bundt Cake. I love banana cake so was excited and my little mini-me has been enjoying it all week long, too!

This bundt cake is scratch made with just a few ingredients and comes together in two bowls!

For easy zesting and juicing I used this Vegetable Spiralizer that has 8 different attachments. (see below)

First start by adding the dry ingredients into one bowl. Then cream together sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs in a separate bowl.

Then add the orange zest, juice, and mashed bananas to the wet ingredients.

Then slowly add the the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.

Pour into a greases Bundt Cake Pan and bake at 350 for about 28 minutes. Remove, let cool about 10 minutes before flipping out of pan.

For the glaze:

For the Orange Glaze, mix together 1 cup of powdered sugar and juice of one orange (about 3 tbsps). Mix until smooth and powdered sugar has dissolved.

Then drizzle over the Orange Banana Bundt Cake. And then zest more of the orange on top as a garnish if desired!
