If this Orange Banana Bundt Cake doesn’t scream SPRING I don’t know what does! This is so fresh, light, and perfect for brunch or as a light dessert. Using just simple ingredients from the pantry, you can have a tasty bundt cake in no time!
I wanted to make dessert but didn’t want to run to the store so I looked around to see what I had… I had some ripe bananas and a bunch of oranges so it inspired me to make this Orange Banana Bundt Cake. I love banana cake so was excited and my little mini-me has been enjoying it all week long, too!
This bundt cake is scratch made with just a few ingredients and comes together in two bowls!

How to make this Orange Banana Bundt Cake
First start by adding the dry ingredients into one bowl. Then cream together sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs in a separate bowl.
Then add the orange zest, juice, and mashed bananas to the wet ingredients.
Then slowly add the the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.
Pour into a greases Bundt Cake Pan and bake at 350 for about 28 minutes. Remove, let cool about 10 minutes before flipping out of pan.
For the glaze:
For the Orange Glaze, mix together 1 cup of powdered sugar and juice of one orange (about 3 tbsps). Mix until smooth and powdered sugar has dissolved.
Then drizzle over the Orange Banana Bundt Cake. And then zest more of the orange on top as a garnish if desired!

Orange Banana Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsps of baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cane sugar or regular
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 orange zest & juice
For orange glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 orange zest & juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and mix well.
- In a separate bowl cream together sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Then add the mashed banana, orange zest, and juice to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Slowly combine the wet ingredients to dry and mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour into a greased bundt cake pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 26-28 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before flipping onto serving plate.
For the glaze:
- In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and juice of one orange (about 3 tbsps).
- Mix until powdered sugar is dissolved and glaze is smooth.
- Drizzle over cake and top with orange zest for garnish.
Is this recipe for a 10 cup or 12 cup Bundt pan?
