When you are looking for some Blackstone stir fry recipes to add to your outdoor cooking line up, I hope you give this one a try! A little sweet, easy to make with eight ingredients, and customizable. Here I used angel hair pasta to keep it simple!

What I love about this Pineapple and Sausage Stir Fry on the Blackstone

  • Just 8 ingredients
  • Everything cooks quickly on the large cooking surface (except the noodles)
  • Great camping meal
  • The kids liked it

Last Summer at the farmer’s market we bought a teriyaki flavor chicken sausage and I turned it into a Blackstone stir fry. It was amazing. So I wanted to re-create it this season to share with you all. Now that kind of sausage is probably not common-so I found one at Walmart that I thought was a good fit! Their’s was an Asian Style Pineapple Pork Sausage. It was perfect for this recipe! If you can’t find that, a regular smoked sausage link, ground pork, or even a sweeter chicken sausage will work!

Ingredients Needed for this Blackstone Stir Fry

🍍Angel Hair Pasta– I chose thin angel hair pasta for this dish to keep it budget friendly. You can use spaghetti or even a rice noodle.

🍍Smoked Sausage– I used an Asian Pineapple flavor from Walmart. You can also use a smoked sausage link, ground pork, or even a sweeter chicken sausage.

🍍Pineapple– I had fresh pineapple I cut into small chunks. Of course you can use canned pineapple if that is what you have.

🍍Orange or Yellow bell pepper– 1 whole bell pepper is used here.

🍍Green Onion– I used two stalks of green onions sautéed into the stir fry and then a little more for garnish on top.

🍍Eggs– I like to add eggs for texture and some protein for my kids (and self).

🍍Japanese Cooking Sauce/Glaze– I used Kinder’s Cooking Sauce its is only about $4 at Walmart. You can also use Buchan’s Japanese BBQ Sauce.

🍍Olive oil– I used olive oil to help toss the noodles together/ have to use less of the bbq sauce since it’s better for you.

🍍Sriracha or Red pepper Flakes– optional buy I highly recommend.
