Ready for a super easy spin on a classic cocktail? Try this tasty Tropical Pineapple Screwdriver. This bright and sunshiny drink will be perfect for bunch, or any time!

Since we have been home due to quarantine, we have been just trying to use things we have weather it is for dinner…or drinks! So I grabbed some orange juice and pineapple and made this Pineapple Screwdriver!

I like to have a classic screwdriver when we are camping in the mornings once in a while or on a Sunday afternoon in the summer. A nice glass of Vitamin C with a little KICK! 🙂

What you need for this Tropical Pineapple Screwdriver:

Ice
Fresh pineapple (or canned)
Vodka
Orange Juice

YES THAT IS IT! So grab your favorite glass and whip one of these bad boys up!

How to make this Pineapple Screwdriver Recipe

Start by muddling the fresh pineapple at the bottom of the glass. If you have a muddler use that or you can use the end of a wooden spoon just as well.

Then add in the ice, vodka of choice, and the orange juice!

Go ahead and garnish with a slice of pineapple or orange if desired and enjoy!

Pineapple Screwdriver

This Pineapple Screwdriver is refreshing, easy to make, and puts a tropical spin on a classic cocktail.

Prep Time 2

Course brunch, Drinks

Servings 1 serving

Ingredients

Ice
2 slices fresh pineapple divided
2 oz vodka
3-4 oz orange juice depending on glass

Instructions

In glass of choice muddle one slice of pineapple until crushed.
Add ice and vodka.
Then fill the rest of the glass with orange juice.
Garnish with second slice of pineapple.
Enjoy!

Notes

NOTES *can used canned pineapple/crushed pineapple as well! Just add about 1 tbsp to bottom of glass
