Looking for a new festive treat this holiday season? Try these Rudolph Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers for an easy cute treat. Sofie and I loved making these and eating them. Super easy to make, perfect for something different, and very addictive. These holiday treats would even be perfect to set out instead of cookies for Santa!
I was snacking on graham crackers a few weeks ago and then had a piece of chocolate with it. I thought I need to make some chocolate covered graham crackers. Then I remembered I had some candy eyeballs and decided we should make them Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer themed. We ate the whole batch in a few days.
These Rudolph Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers are perfect to make, place in some loot bags, and hand out to neighbors, family , and friends over the holidays. Plus graham crackers are a decent snack to have around. They are loaded in whole grains, add a little chocolate, and some pretzels- and you’ve got a perfect snack!

Silicone Spatula
Ingredients for these fun Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Treats
- Graham Crackers
- Chocolate Chips
- Pretzels
- Red M&M’s (flavor of choice)
- Candy Eyeballs

How to make these Rudolph Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
Step 1: Melt the chocolate chips
First start by warming water in a sauce pan and place a glass bowl that fits inside on top. If you have a double boiler, use that. Pour the chocolate chips in there and bring the water to a boil.
And stir until the chocolate starts to melt.
Step 2: Dip the graham crackers
Next dip the graham crackers into the chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Step 3: Decorate
Then add the candy eyeballs, the pretzels for the “antlers” and red M&M’s for his red nose. If you like sprinkles go ahead and add those. My daughter LOVES sprinkles so she dashed them on there.
Step 4: Refrigerate
I popped the pan of these graham cracker treats in the refrigerator until the chocolate set. Then place in an air tight container or Zip-lock bags. Or place in treat bags and tie with some ribbon for a fun and festive gift to pass out!
Substitutions & Additions
- White chocolate chips would be great, too!
- You could use pretzel sticks instead, too!
- Other red candies for his nose
