How to Make Charcuterie Cups

Step 1: Prep your cheeses & meats. Cut the mozzarella, cheddar, and pepper jack into bite-sized cubes so they’re easy to eat. Slice the turkey snack sticks into 1-inch pieces. You want things small and snackable.

Step 2: Build your skewers. On half of the skewers, alternate salami slices with cheddar and pepper jack. On the other half, thread mozzarella, a basil leaf, and a cherry tomato. These little combos bring color and flavor in every bite.

Step 3: Layer the cup bases. Line up your clear cups and divide the pumpkin seeds, walnuts, raisins, pretzels, and grapes evenly among them. You’re creating a base that’s sweet, crunchy, salty—all in one.

Step 4: Finish & serve.Stick two garlic breadstick pieces into each cup. Then place in one meat skewer and one tomato/basil/cheese skewer. Adjust so everything fits nicely. And there you go—cute, delicious party appetizers ready in minutes.
