My Mother in Law made a version of this easy pasta salad recipe for Mother’s Day and I loved it! I have never had pasta salad with Catalina dressing. We usually make our Spaghetti Pasta Salad with Italian Dressing. Anyways I loved it. And I loved the way she finely diced all the veggies in it so that it was easier to eat. This pasta salad is loaded with carrots, cucumbers, celery, peppers, and tomatoes. So go ahead and customize it to your liking or use what you have growing in the garden this Summer to make this Catalina Dressing Spaghetti Pasta Salad.

How to make this Catalina Dressing Pasta Salad
First boil up your noodles according to the box. We used spaghetti noodles but you could do another kind, too. While that is cooking, wash and dice up all of the vegetables you will be using.
Once the noodles are done, drain and rinse them in cool water. Then combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Drizzle with the Catalina dressing and toss or use a pair of tongs to combine all of the ingredients. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. And enjoy!
How to store the pasta salad
Keep this pasta salad cold and refrigerated for up to 4 days.
Additions and Substitutions:
Like I said this pasta salad is pretty customizable so if you like one veggie over another go ahead and use that instead or more or les of one or another. You can change up the bell peppers, finely dice some onions in there, or even add a jalapeno for sweet and spicy!
I used regular spaghetti but a vegetable noodle, whole wheat, or even a different shape work just as well, too!

Catalina Dressing Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. Box of Spaghetti or other
- 1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup diced carrots
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 1-2 stalks of celery diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 16 oz. bottle of Catalina Dressing or similar
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the directions.
- Meanwhile wash and dice and chop all of the vegetables you are using.
- Once the pasta is finished cooking, drain, rinse with cold water and let cool.
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients.
- Use a tong to toss all of the ingredients to coat the dressing and combine well.
- Then refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy.
