How to make Decadent Banana Nut Bread French Toast
First slice up your leftover banana nut bread. Spray a large frying pan or skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Place the pan over medium-low heat
Whisk together the milk and eggs in a medium mixing bowl or I used a 8×8 baking dish. Whisk in the vanilla and cinnamon. Add the butter to the skillet.
Dip each slice of banana nut bread into the batter, being sure to coat both sides. So this quickly so the bread doesn’t fall apart! Once the butter is melted, place the banana nut bread into the frying pan.
Cook each side of the banana nut bread until golden brown.

While still hot, place the banana nut bread slices on a plate and top with sliced bananas or strawberries, coconut flakes, honey, or whatever your favorite breakfast toppings might be. Serve with real maple syrup or honey for a delicious breakfast that you’ll be sure to love!
