This Italian Sausage & Tortellini Bake has only 6 Ingredients! Perfect comfort food, loaded with flavor, and EASY + CHEESY! I know we have all been burned out trying to come up with different dinners lately so that is why I was going for something super easy but different!
What you need for this Italian Sausage & Tortellini Bake:
- 1 lb ground Italian Sausage
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1/2 of an onion
- 2 packages of Cheese Tortellini
- Marinara Sauce
- Cheese
Yes that easy and really tasty!
How to make this Tortellini and Sausage Bake
All you have to do to make this dish is first cook the Italian Sausage with some peppers and onions until browned and then add to a baking dish.
Then you add the tortellini and sauce.
Next you mix it all up until well combined and top with lots of cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is nice and melted! Serve with a nice side salad or if you are like us… some GARLIC BREAD 🙂

Italian Sausage & Tortellini Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 8 oz packages or tortellini or similar
- 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded Italian Cheese
Instructions
- In saute pan over medium heat brown the Italian sausage with the pepper and onion.
- Drain any grease and then pour into 9×13 baking dish.
- Then add the tortellini and marinara sauce.
- Mix well until combined and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until hot throughout and cheese is melted.
