Made with Screwball Whiskey and Bailey’s Salted Caramel Irish Cream Liquor for the ultimate treat at the end of your meal or while you are snuggled up on the couch during the cooler months.

We were gifted some bottles of Skrewball Whiskey over the years and never really knew what to make with it. One night Mike and I were playing some fooseball while the kids were sleeping and whipped up these Nutty Caramel Cordials for a fun new after dinner drink!

What you need for this Nutty Caramel Cordial Drink

Ice
Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey (or similar)
Bailey’s Salted Caramel
Caramel for garnish if desired

What is Skrewball Whiskey

Skrewball Whiskey is a peanut butter flavored whiskey. You can enjoy it by itself over ice or make other cocktails with it. Hence the “nutty” part of this cordial drink. If you are looking for other Skrewball peanut butter whiskey recipes you can mix it with some cranberry juice for a PB&J!

And Bailey’s Salted Caramel ?

Well I saw a bottle of Bailey’s Salted Caramel Irish Cream Liquor at the restaurant I work at. I knew I had to buy a bottle. I figured it would be great in coffee (it is), in hot chocolate (it is), and then I mixed it with some peanut butter whiskey for this smooth delicious cocktail!

How to make this Peanut Butter Whiskey Cocktail

I decided to experiment with my glass decorations for these photos BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO. But if you want to… Add some caramel to your glass before making the drink. If you want the design I did, I actually used my coffee creamer zizzer (not sure the real name) LOL. I placed it in there, touched the caramel, and hit the button in a few different spots. I saw it on Instagram and thought it was fun!

Otherwise simply fill your glass up with ice then add equal parts of both the peanut butter whiskey and the Salted caramel Irish Cream Liquor! Or is you like one over the other add more of that one. I think I used more Bailey’s to whiskey ratio. You can definitely use regular flavored Bailey’s too! And enjoy friends!
