So I love me some pie filling parfait cups! They are so easy to make, great for entertaining, and they are delicious. PLUS these ones are loaded with fresh strawberries- can’t go wrong! I got a GREAT deal on a flat of strawberries a few weeks back so got to making some strawberry treats and even jam! My family enjoyed these easy parfait cups for dessert for the week, but I can’t wait to make them for Summer get together’s!
Ingredients Needed for these Parfait Desserts

🇺🇸Vanilla Sandwich Cookies– The vanilla version of Oreos I like to just grab generic store brand. Aldi has a large pack for cheap. 🇺🇸 Blueberry Pie Filling– Found in the baking section! 🇺🇸Vanilla Pudding– I used vanilla but you can use cheesecake flavor, sugar free, or whatever floats your boat. 🇺🇸Milk– You will need 2 cups to make the pudding, I just used 2% because that’s what my kids drink. 🇺🇸Whipped Topping– One tub of frozen whipped topping r feel free to make your own. 🇺🇸Fresh Strawberries – I sliced them so that I could put them on top ( they almost look like stars to me!) I used a fancy little slicer to make it easy! |
How to make this Red White and Blue Dessert
Step 1: Make the pudding. Combine the cold milk and instant pudding in a bowl and whisk until thickened. Then fold in the thawed whipped topping.
Step 2: Crush Cookies. Toss about 15-20 Vanilla Sandwich cookies into a food processor and blend until small crumbs form.
Step 3: Start layering. Add a heaping spoonful of cookie crumbs into the bottom of your parfait cups. (I grab the 10 pack at the Dollar Tree!)

Step 4: Make the Blue layer. Divide the blueberry pie filling over the cookie crumbs in each cup.
Step 5: Add the white layer. Next divide the pudding mixture into all of the cups as well.
Step 6: Make the Red layer. Add fresh sliced strawberries on top.

Storage
Once assembled, I like to wrap them individually with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for easy grab and go. Let chill at least 4-6 hours before enjoying! Enjoy these parfaits within 3 days for best taste and texture!
