I have a super easy and cold delicious strawberry dessert for you for this summer! Try this Strawberry Freeze Pie for an effortless and tasty cold treat on a hot Summer night. This strawberry pie has just 4 ingredients and no baking required.
Last Summer I shared my Lemon Freeze Pie with you so this year I decide to try it with fresh strawberries pureed and it turned out great! Let your freezer do all the work.
What you need for this Strawberry Freeze Pie :
- Fresh strawberries
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Whipped Topping
- Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
I froze this Strawberry Freeze Pie for about 4 hours and it was perfect for eating. If you will be leaving it in the freezer longer or over night just let it thaw for about 20 minutes before serving.

How to make this Strawberry Freeze Pie:
It really doesn’t get any easier than this. First puree the fresh strawberries with some water. Next combine the pureed strawberries with sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
Add half of the whipped Topping (Cool Whip or similar) and mix. Then pour into a prepared pie crust, I used graham cracker crust.
Freeze for about 4 hours then remove and add the other half of whipped topping. Slice and serve. If the pie has been frozen longer or over night, let thaw about 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
Store in freezer until next serving!
Strawberry Freeze Pie
Ingredients
- 8 strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 16 oz. tub Cool Whip divided
- 1 prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Instructions
- In blender or food processor combine strawberries and water pulse until pureed.
- In a medium bowl combine strawberry puree and sweetened condensed milk.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Fold in half the tub of Cool Whip and mix until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Place in freezer for about 4 hours remove and add the rest of the whipped topping.
- Slice and serve from frozen.

- 4 hours was perfect for serving.
- If freezing longer or over night let thaw for about 20 minutes before slicing
- Refreeze until next serving and let that again for about 20 minutes.
