I love baking breakfast breads and this Oatmeal Blueberry Bread turned out great! Bursting with fresh blueberries, oats, and with just enough sweetness. This bread is perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack, or just when you are craving something sweet.
I whipped this up to take with us on our trip to North Carolina since I was in charge of a few baked goods. I made Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread and then this Oatmeal Blueberry Bread! This easy sweet bread is perfect in the morning with a cup of coffee or after dinner for dessert.
