I was surprised how much we can do in this new appliance and Mike has been cooking in it too !The Ninja Foodi is a pressure cooker with an air fryer all in one. For these Air Fryer Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken breasts we just used the air fryer function so any air fryer will do! Or if you do not have one, you can bake these bad boys, too!

How do you make these Air Fryer Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken Breast?

I bought thin sliced chicken breasts, but if you have regular ones pound them out to that they are thinner to roll. Then in a bowl combine room temperature cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, and fresh garlic.

cream cheese with jalapenos, garlic, and shredded cheese

Next salt and pepper the chicken breasts then spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken.

Roll up then secure with toothpicks. Then wrap each chicken breast with bacon. I just tucked the bacon under the tightly wrapped bacon.

I used three to four pieces each to use up the entire package of bacon but I’m sure two would do just fine!

How long to cook chicken in the Air Fryer?

Set in the air fryer basket and drizzle or brush each chicken roll up with olive oil. Then set the Air Fryer function at 375 for about 25 minutes total, flipping chicken half way through cooking.

NOTE ** If baking Line a baking sheet with foil and bake for the same amount of time or until chicken internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

Then enjoy these little bundles of fun! 🙂
