If you love all things s’mores then you need to try these Marshmallow Creme S’mores Pudding Pops! They make the perfect cold treat that are super easy to make and fun to eat.
To be honest I am not a huge fan of regular s’mores BUT I love anything s’mores flavored. I like s’mores brownies, ice cream, and even s’mores cheesecake! I received a little book from our local grocery store with different ideas for homemade pudding pops and I knew that I had to make a s’mores version for my kids (and myself). Summer treats wouldn’t be complete without a s’mores flavored something. We always have graham crackers on hand so these came together pretty quickly.
These s’mores pudding pops are perfect for summertime parties or just as a sweet treat after dinner. Plus, they’re so easy to customize – try adding in different flavors like caramel or peanut butter chips for an extra twist!

What is a pudding pop?
Pudding pops are an icy frozen treat made from pudding. They were pretty popular during the 80’s and the brand that started them (Jell-o) discontinued them in in the 2000’s. The god news is this pudding pop recipe is so easy to make and you can customize them to make flavors of your choice!
Ingredients for these Marshmallow Creme Pudding Pops
- Instant Chocolate Pudding
- Instant Vanilla Pudding
- Milk -I used whole milk for a more creamy texture/ less icy results. But use whatever you have in your fridge.
- Jet Puffed Marshmallow creme– you can find this is the baking section. It is a light and fluffy marshmallow spread/topping. You could add in some mini marshmallows if you would prefer.
- Graham Crackers– crushed graham crackers get added after you layer the pudding. I only used about 1 whole graham cracker (rectangle).
How to make these Homemade Pudding Pops
To start, gather your ingredients: chocolate & vanilla pudding mix, the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow creme, milk, and the popsicle molds you will be using.
Next whisk 2 cups of milk with the chocolate pudding until thickened. Repeat with the vanilla pudding. Then fold in a bit of the marshmallow creme to each of the pudding mixtures. Mix it in.
Grab two zip-lock bags and add in the pudding mixtures to each. Cut a hole on each bag and pip into the popsicle molds. I did chocolate, vanilla, then more chocolate. But you can rotae and change them up especially to make sure you use up both pudding mixtures.
Then add the graham cracker crumbs to finish them off. Place the sticks in and pop them in the freezer for at least 4- 6 hours.
When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before removing from the mold. The result? Creamy chocolate pudding with bits of crunchy graham crackers and gooey marshmallows – all on a stick!
Additions & Substitutions:
- You could add in chopped up chocolate bars
- You could use chopped or mini marshmallows versus the creme
- Do you like s’mores with Reeses? Add in a swirl of peanut butter!
- Ever tried s’mores with rolos? Add in some caramel!
