Ready for a fun Summer treat or dessert idea for a birthday party? These Nutty Hot Fudge Sundae Pudding Pops combine the flavors of a nostalgic treat in a frozen form. This pudding pops recipe combines vanilla pudding with hot fudge, sprinkles, and chopped peanuts.
A few weeks back I made some Marshmallow Creme S’mores Pudding Pops and my daughter loved them so much that we decided to make a new flavor. I had a tub of rainbow sprinkles in the cupboard and a jar of hot fudge from making an ice cream cake. So I came up with these Vanilla Hot Fudge Pudding Pops!
What I love about these Nutty Hot Fudge Sundae Pudding Pops
- Super easy to make with just a few ingredients
- A kid friendly treat that kids can make themselves
- A frozen Summer treat great for hot days
- A fun treat for birthday parties or kids anytime
- The hot fudge is still a bit melty after it comes out of the freezer!

- Milk
- Hot Fudge
- Sprinkles
- Peanuts
- Popsicles molds

How to make Pudding Pops
First make the vanilla pudding by whisking together the cold milk and package of pudding until thickened.
Next add in about 1-2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles. Whisk until combined.
Scoop the pudding mixture into a piping bag or Zip-lock bag and cut the end off. Or you can just use a spoon to carefully spoon into the popsicle molds.

Fill until about half full then drizzle some melted hot fudge on top. Continue to fill the popsicles with the pudding. Finish them off by adding a few more sprinkles then the crushed peanuts.

Insert the popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours. When ready to serve, pull out and leave on the counter for 5 minutes before removing from the molds.

Substitutions & Additions:
- Want to try a different flavor pudding? Go for it!
- Not a sprinkle fan? Leave them out.
- You could also add some caramel, too!
