Looking for a quick lunch or easy dinner? Try these Sweet & Spicy Turkey Bacon Pretzel Bun Sliders made on the Blackstone, flat top, or griddle. These bite sized sandwiches are easy to make with just a few ingredients, and the combination melts in your mouth.

Whether it’s a game day gathering, a weekend cookout, or simply a night in, these Blackstone sliders (or flat top) are the ultimate go-to for satisfying cravings without compromising on taste.
Why I love these Turkey Bacon Sliders
- Just 7 ingredients
- Everything cooks/ warms up quickly on one large surface
- Great for a quick lunch, camping meal, or game day snack
- Kids likes them (maybe minus the jalapeno)
- They remind me of Bennigan’s Turkey O Toole Sandwich
Okay I used to work at Bennigan’s back in the day…besides their Monte Cristo, I always crave their Turkey O Toole sandwich which was sliced turkey on a pretzel bun with honey mustard and Swiss cheese. Great combo. Well I have made these sliders a few times and of course you can leave them plain but I make them how I want them. Add bacon and add jalapenos. So if you are feeding some non-pepper lovers, just leave them off.

We still have a Blackstone for camping but have been using our Traeger Flat Rock griddle a lot. It is large, in charge, and a sturdy piece of equipment. If you don’t have a griddle, you can easily still make these by cooking your bacon per usual and sautéing the jalapeños, assembling, and tossing in the oven.

Ingredients needed for these Turkey Bacon Pretzel Bun Sliders
🥓 Deli Turkey– Use your favorite package of deli turkey or get it fresh from the deli. Can use oven roasted, honey, smoked, whatever you like. 🥓 Bacon– I had some of our homemade smoked bacon so it was smaller pieces. But cook up a half pound or pound. 🥓 Swiss Cheese– I like Swiss on these sliders but province, white cheddar, or even white American is great. 🥓 Jalapeños (optional) 🥓 Butter– I like to have the buttery taste on the slider buns to taste more like restaurant style. 🥓 Pretzel Slider Buns– I found these King’s Hawaiian slider buns at Walmart. 🥓 Honey Mustard Dressing– the sweet stuff not the grainy stuff. |

Step 1️⃣ Fire up the grill over low-medium heat. Add the bacon and start cooking.
Step 2️⃣ Once the bacon is almost done, add on the jalapeños and let cook for a few minutes.
Step 3️⃣ Next add on the sliced turkey to warm up, and brown a bit.
Step 4️⃣ To the other side of the griddle, on low- add the butter and the pretzel buns. I like to toast both sides.

Step 5️⃣ Add the Swiss cheese on top of turkey and let melt.
Step 6️⃣ Add the honey mustard to the tops on the pretzel buns.
Step 7️⃣ Assemble. Add the bacon and jalapeños to the turkey and melted cheese. Use your spatulas to help scoop everything onto the bottom of the buns. Top with the other half of buns. Serve warm and enjoy. Note: I left half without the jalapeños for the kids.
