Looking for a different breakfast idea for the weekend or to add to your brunch menu? Try these Steak & Egg Breakfast Calzones! Eggs cooked the way you like with juicy steak stuffed inside flakey crescents!!! Yes.Yes. And Yes.
We had leftover steak one night so the next morning I whipped these Steak & Egg Breakfast Calzones up and they are awesome. I made two large calzones but you could make them smaller too.
The place we get our steaks from marinade the steaks for us so the they already had plenty of flavor. So if you need to cook steak first check out my 3 Ingredient Steak Marinade and cut the steak up and throw them in a sauté pan before you continue to the next steps. These would also be tasty with sausage, ham, or bacon!
First cook your eggs the way you like. I add milk and some pepper to them is the sautee pan.
Then roll out the cresecent and press them out and cut in half. Next add cheese and the cooked steak.
Next top with eggs and fold dough over and seal.
Finish them off by sprinkling with garlic powder and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes!
