Finally, the cooler weather is setting in and I am so ready for some comfort food! This recipe is The Easiest Slow Cooker Beef Stew you will ever make, super flavorful, and perfect all winter long! Tender steak, vegetables, in a hearty thick stew you will make over and over again.
Many of you may not look forward to the colder months, but both my husband and I love it. He loves ice fishing and snow. I personally love having a variety of seasons, and here in Michigan we see it all. We obviously do a lot of cooking outside on our Blackstone and on our smoker during the nicer months. Sometimes you need variety with the food, too. That is when the slow cooker and comfort foods come into play. Last year I made my Irish Beef Stew which had a few more steps, this is an easier beef stew recipe.

This easy beef stew recipe comes together effortlessly in the slow cooker and cooks to perfection. This beef stew uses sirloin steak, fresh vegetables, and a couple cans of soup…Seriously easy, hearty, and perfect for us busy people!
