This Pumpkin Pecan Pan Parfait is an easy dessert and sure to be a hit for your Fall gatherings. This parfait is layers of graham cracker crust, with a creamy pumpkin pudding, whipped topping, and pecans! If you want to make them into individual cups or glassware, go for it, but this was easy and super tasty to feed a crowd.

Mike doesn’t even like pumpkin desserts and he liked this Pumpkin Pecan Pan Parfait. I took some to work to feed the crew and they all liked it as well. If you saw my Facebook video, you know that my 1.5 year old daughter, Sofie, liked it too (haha). As I was attempting to take pictures I kept seeing a spoon enter the screen and she was on her tip toes dipping into the whipped topping!

I had a can of pumpkin and some vanilla pudding so I whipped this parfait up in less than 20 minutes. So grab just a few ingredients, throw your jeans and hoodie on, and get to making this no bake pumpkin Fall dessert.

How to make this no bake Pumpkin Pecan Pan Parfait dessert
Start by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon together and press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Graham crackers are sweet enough for me so I did not add any sugar but you can if you would like.


Then make the pudding according to the package, add pumpkin, and then add cinnamon. Then pour that mixture over the graham cracker crust.


Then spread whipped topping over that layer. Then sprinkle with pecans.
Refrigerate until ready to serve! Like I said before if you have the time and want to layer into parfait cups, go for it. I was going for easy…and that is exactly what it is!

Method
- In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon.
- Press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
- In a medium bowl mix cold milk with pudding mix until thick.
- Stir in can of pumpkin and cinnamon.
- Pour pudding mixture over graham cracker crust.
- Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture.
- Top with pecans.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve!
